Gift Cards

Digital gift cards can be purchased on the Edinburgh Tea & Coffee Company website in denominations of £25 or £50. Discount promotions cannot be applied to gift card purchases. These can only be used on the Edinburgh Tea & Coffee website, and we are unable to accept gift card payments over the phone or in-person.

Gift cards cannot be reloaded or topped up, once the full value has been used, the card is deactivated. Your Edinburgh Tea & Coffee Company gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or re-sold. Refunds will not be given for the purchase of an Edinburgh Tea & Coffee Company gift card.

All refunds of goods purchased with your Edinburgh Tea & Coffee Company gift card will be made in accordance with the Edinburgh Tea & Coffee Company refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights. Edinburgh Tea & Coffee Company reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
